All drop-offs and mail-ins will include a Certificate of Authenticity. (Please notify us if you would like to decline the COA. We can not issue certificates without holograms.)

Includes a single phrase with 3 Word Limit and a Maximum of 15 characters
Must be accompanied by an autograph ticket.
Fan HQ guests reserve the right to refuse or modify any requested inscription.

RESTRICTIONS:

NO unlicensed merchandise or loose jersey numbers will be signed.
Maximum of THREE inscriptions per item.
NO inscriptions may be added to previously signed items.
NO "Game Used" items or inscriptions will be allowed.
