PLEASE DELIVER ALL MAIL ORDER AND DROP OFF ITEMS TO FAN HQ BEFORE DECEMBER 1, 2025.

MAIL ORDER/DROP-OFF AUTOGRAPH TICKETS

  • Pick them up as your schedule permits, or have them mailed back to you via our return shipping.
  • All drop-offs and mail-ins will include a Certificate of Authenticity.  (Please notify us if you would like to decline the COA.  We can not issue certificates without holograms.)

To purchase autograph tickets, please select from the following options.

    BASIC ITEM AUTOGRAPH TICKET

    • Photos and flat paper items up to 20" x 24" (or 44 combined inches)
    • Trading Cards
    • Bobbleheads, Funko Pops, and other small figures.
    • Mini Helmets/Masks

    DELUXE ITEM AUTOGRAPH TICKET

    • Jerseys (no loose jersey numbers)
    • Sticks
    • Full-size masks and helmets.
    • Equipment
    • Stadium seats and seatbacks.
    • Photos and flat paper items larger than 20" x 24" (or 44 combined inches)
    • Canvases

    • Artwork/Lithos/Giclees
    • Game Used Items - NO GAME USED INSCRIPTIONS

        INSCRIPTION TICKETS (CLICK HERE to order Inscription Tickets)

        • Includes a single phrase with 3 Word Limit and a Maximum of 15 characters
        • Must be accompanied by an autograph ticket.
        • Fan HQ guests reserve the right to refuse or modify any requested inscription.

        RESTRICTIONS:

        • NO unlicensed merchandise or loose jersey numbers will be signed.
        • Maximum of THREE inscriptions per item.
        • NO inscriptions may be added to previously signed items.
        • NO "Game Used" items or inscriptions will be allowed.
        • Pricing for all artwork/lithos/giclees TBD.  Please contact us for item approval and pricing prior to the event.

            EVENT TICKET INFORMATION:

            • All ticket sales are final.
            • Event date and time subject to change. In the event of a change. Refunds given only in the case of a canceled event.
            • Tickets are valid for an autograph/photo/inscription and do not include the item to be signed.
