*This is an all-ages event.  Due to limited seating, each attendee (regardless of age) requires an event ticket.  Sorry, no exceptions
*No tickets will be mailed – guests will be added to the WILL CALL list at the event
*The theater will be cleared and food/drink tabs closed after the first event. Those who purchase the same tier of tickets (either VIP or General Admission) may retain their seat for both sessions but will need to settle tabs at the conclusion of the first event. Cinema Grill offers full bar and menu options.
*Audio/video recording is prohibited. A Fan HQ photographer will photograph the events and photos will be available for free download.
*Guests wishing having more than 1 item autographed may purchase VIP tickets to both events. (Limit of 1 autograph per person per session).
*Each guest in a posed photo with Ace requires a VIP ticket (sorry, no selfies or lean-in photos)
*Those wishing to have a guitar or guitar equipment (ex. pick-guard, strap) signed must purchase an upgrade the evening of the event ($400 per upgrade)
