The previously scheduled Max Kepler public event has been transitioned to a private signing.

What that means for those holding tickets and/or for those who want to order/have something signed by Max:

• Current ticket holders have the option of having their items signed in private or requesting a refund. (No personal meet and greet opportunity)
  • Want your item(s) signed? Drop them at Ridgedale Fan HQ (or mail them to Fan HQ) no later than Wednesday, June 3.

• Posed photo tickets in the possession of Fan HQ will be automatically refunded on June 3rd.

• Refund requests for tickets which were purchased in person, or tickets picked up in advance must be returned for a refund in person by the private signing date of June 3.

All online order refunds for tickets not yet picked up will be processed after the private signing has taken place.

No refunds will be issued for tickets-in-hand after the private signing has taken place
