It is with great disappointment we must announce our event with Andrew Wiggins must be cancelled. On March 23rd we were informed Andrew had a conflict with the original schedule date and since that point we made every effort possible to reschedule the appearance – including agreeing to the next-day appearance we mentioned yesterday.  Unfortunately that agreement also fell through and we are left with no choice but to cancel.

Below is an outline of how refunds/exchanges will be handled:

– Cash refunds given now through May 15
– In-store credit for returns completed May 16-31
– No refunds/credits issued after May 31

• – Online ticket orders (Paypal) – Tickets NOT picked up:  Refunds will be issued through Paypal starting today.

• – Online ticket orders (Paypal) – Tickets picked up by purchaser:  Bring your ticket(s) to Fan HQ for a cash refund or exchange.

• – Phone ticket orders – Tickets NOT picked up:  Stop by or call Fan HQ at 952-545-6460 to receive a credit (issued to your credit card).

• – Phone ticket orders – Tickets picked up:  Bring your ticket(s) to Fan HQ for a cash refund or exchange.

• – In-person ticket purchases – Bring your ticket(s) to Fan HQ for a cash refund or exchange.

• – Mail order ticket purchases – refund checks will be mailed along with your item(s).

• – Wiggins product purchases (Photos – exchange only.  Jerseys – exchange/return within 30 days of purchase)
