PLEASE NOTE: At the player's request, masks must be worn at the autograph table during player/fan interaction.  Masks are optional while in line or in the mall in general.

Below are answers to some Frequently Asked Questions regarding our 1991 World Series Champs Reunion event.  If you can't find the answer you're looking for, please call us at 952-545-6460.

WHERE WILL THIS EVENT BE HOSTED?

The event will take place at center court of Ridgedale Mall in Minnetonka.


DO I NEED A TICKET FOR EACH AUTOGRAPH?

Yes.  Every autograph and inscription requires its own unique ticket.


WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN “BASIC” AND “DELUXE” AUTOGRAPH TICKETS?

There are separate tiers of ticket prices based on the type of item you are getting signed.  While it may vary a bit by player, the BASIC ticket is generally required for smaller items such as photos, baseballs, cards, magazine covers, etc.  The DELUXE ticket applies to larger and bulkier items such as bats, jerseys, equipment, etc.  Please view the item list on each ticket type to find out which ticket you need.  If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at 952-545-6460.


WHAT IS AN INSCRIPTION TICKET?

An inscription ticket is required when you want the autograph guest to write anything other than their signature.  This includes achievements (“91 WS Champs,” “HOF,” etc.), messages (“Go Twins!”), or personalizations (“To Jared”).  Each phrase or achievement requires a separate inscription ticket, and each inscription is limited to 15 characters.


AM I GUARANTEED TO GET ALL OF MY AUTOGRAPHS?

Yes.  As long as you arrive on time for the event, there will be plenty of time for you to get all of your signatures.


HOW LONG WILL THE EVENT TAKE?

The event is scheduled to run from 10 AM to 1 PM, and you should allot yourself that full time window.  However, if you prefer to not wait in lines, we are offering VIP Fast Pass tickets, which will allow you to cut into the first five spots of each line.


WILL YOU BE ANNOUNCING ANY MORE GUESTS?

As of right now, we are still working to add more team members to the event.  We will continue to announce guests as they are confirmed.


WILL ALL THE GUESTS BE SIGNING AT ONCE?

For this event, we will be splitting the players into two separate signing sessions.  This should provide for a more orderly event than the ‘87 reunion, where all 20+ guests were signing at the same time.  The signing schedule will be released in the days leading up to the event.


WILL THERE BE DIFFERENT LINES FOR EACH GUEST?

Yes.  Each guest will have his own autograph line.

 

WHAT TIME CAN I ENTER THE MALL ON THE MORNING OF THE EVENT?

9:00 AM

 

DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN PENS?

We will supply blue, black, silver sharpies and blue Bic ballpoint pens to each guest. Any other colors/types will need to be provided by the ticket holder

 

CAN I GET MULTIPLE ITEMS SIGNED ON ONE TRIP THROUGH THE LINE?

Yes.  (As long as you have tickets for each item you are getting signed.)

 

CAN MORE THAN ONE PERSON BE IN LINE?

Yes, but due to limited space we request that only the ticket holder approaches the autograph table.

 

WHAT IS A “FAST PASS” TICKET AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

We are offering a limited number of fast-pass tickets that will allow you to advance to the front of each autograph line.  You will be first in line for one autograph guest, and the pass will then merge into the fifth spot in every other autograph line for which you have tickets. (If two fast-pass holders are merging together, they will go into the with 4 ticket holders between them).  Click HERE for full details.


WILL THERE BE A “SUPER TICKET” AVAILABLE?

Yes.  Once the lineup is finalized, we will make Super Tickets available, which will be good for one autograph from each guest.  However, the savings with the Super Ticket will not exceed the value saved by ordering individual tickets as they go on sale.


CAN I TAKE PHOTOS WITH THE GUESTS?

At this time, we are not offering posed photos as an option.  We are in discussion to add a limited number of posed photo tickets for certain players.  If we are able to do so, look for an announcement approximately one week before the event.  To keep lines moving smoothly, we also request no selfies or “lean-ins” at the autograph tables.


WHERE CAN I PICK UP MY TICKETS?

Tickets can be picked up in advance at our retail store in Ridgedale Mall.  We will have a will-call table to collect your tickets on the day of the event, but recommend picking them up early to cut down on wait time.


WHAT DO I NEED TO PICK UP MY TICKETS?

Please provide a valid photo ID or a printout of your ticket order(s).


CAN I DROP OFF OR MAIL IN MY ITEMS TO BE SIGNED?

Yes.  For the price of the autograph ticket plus a $10 per signature drop-off fee, we can get your item signed.  Please note, however, that because of the size of this event we will be unable to allow inscriptions or multi-signed items on drop offs and mail-ins.


I ORDERED A MAIL-IN ITEM.  WHERE DO I SEND IT AND WHAT INFO SHOULD I INCLUDE?

Please include a copy of your receipt or your order number.  Please include a prepaid return shipping label or funds for return shipping.  Please label each of your items with your name, desired signing location, and requested pen color and type.  If you would like your item signed with a pen/color that varies from our standard colors or types, please include that as well.  Please make sure your items are delivered to us no later than August 10.  Please mail all items to:

I ORDERED A DROP-OFF TICKET.  WHERE SHOULD I BRING MY ITEM?

Please drop off your item at our store in Ridgedale Mall by August 10.


CAN I GET MORE THAN ONE PLAYER TO SIGN THE SAME ITEM?

If you are attending the event in person and getting the autographs yourself = YES!

If you are dropping off or mailing in the item = NO (See Above)


CAN I PURCHASE ADDITIONAL AUTOGRAPH OR INSCRIPTION TICKETS AT THE EVENT?

Yes, though availability may vary based on player.


WILL YOU HAVE UNSIGNED ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AT THE EVENT?

Yes.  We will have a selection of unsigned balls, photos, bats, cards, and other items available for purchase at the event.  Quantities on some items may be very limited, though.  We highly recommend purchasing items in advance.


WHAT HAPPENS IF A CONFIRMED GUEST CANCELS?

We will refund you by payment method used.  If you purchased through our website, your payment will automatically be refunded.  If you purchased tickets in-store, please return your tickets to the store for a full refund.
